Our new house!

Well, here are a couple of photos of our new place. The first one is our front room and yes, we are ready for Christmas. The second one is the girls showing what they think about Christmas and the last one is of our breakfast nook. There are many more pictures and we will post them over the next few days.
Everyone is doing well now, although Utah did welcome us with the stomach flu and we all got it one day after the other. We also had a chance to go upto the mountains over the weekend and stay in a cabin, however because of the flu, only 3 of us went.
For all of our friends back in Ohio, we will take pictures of all of the mountains soon...we have mountains all around us, behind our house, in front...etc! It is beautiful and the sunshine is nice too.
We hope that everyone is having a great holiday season and we wish you all the best and send our love to all.
Love,
The Driggs Family

GOODBYE!

Last night we had a goodbye party for the boys. Wow I feel like my mother saying "all this music is just screaming" "it's too loud" and "you call this music?" How we change and turn into our mothers. Watch out Nycole and Ashlie. Well the party was a hit for the boys they had fun but I am truly happy to leave this part of Ohio behind.

Home!!

Kari is home and tearing up the house just like normal. All is well and now we get to test blood sugars on her every once and a while. Whoopie! I am sure Nycole will like to help with that task.

Tomorrow night the boys are having a going away party at The Green Room and Nate's band will play along with two other bands. It should be loud and fun.

What a day!

Ok today was horrible! We spent the day in the hospital with Kari and she is still there now and will be staying the night. The morning started out with Kari waking up happy as can be and within about an hour she became listless and quite lifeless, so off to the ER we went. After hours and many blood tests we were sent by ambulance to Childrens Hospital. We do not know what is wrong so more tests tomorrow. I did manage to get that Kodak moment for all to see.

I look forward to Mondays because I get emails from Kenny. I get extra excited when he sends photos. As you can see he is still Kenny the joker and having a great time while baptizing Mexico. He has had 10 this last 2 weeks, and has 2 more this next week. Go Kenny go! You can check out his blog at www.missionsite.net/elderdriggs and see other pictures and leave messages for him.

Lily comes to work!

Today is friday...casual day in the office and since Becky needed to take Kari to the school today for some testing, I decided it was bring Lily to work day too! We always have a great time together, in fact she even has her own desk in my office. Which she told me had papers on it that werent hers and that I needed to clean it off because it was HER DESK. We stopped at the circle K on the way to work and bought apple juice and powder donuts...which I later learned are very messy and not a good idea for a 5 year old who is wearing a black shirt...oh well...we had fun anyway and it was a very good breakfast! After a little bit of work, I took her to get her hair cut and Becky and Kari met up with us. Both of the girls got their haircut and they look even more beautiful...if that is possible.

Well, I have to get back to work...please cheer for the Rockies in the World Series because the Red Sox cheat, lie and steal! I have some other words that I could use to describe them, however since my children read this, I will leave it at that.

Love ya all!

So Much To Do!

Here I am sitting in my office as I try to get ready for the move. I have a lot of mixed feelings. I am very excited to move back home and be close to all of my family. It has been difficult at times (and not so much at others) to be away from them all. I really enjoy Ohio and I am glad that I will get to come back every couple of months and spend a few days in my office here. When it becomes baseball season again, my trips to Ohio will increase...GO TRIBE!! I have always loved baseball and the Cleveland Indians have been a very easy team to get behind and become a fan. They do it the right way and have built their team from their own farm system. They are not like some other teams that I REFUSE to mention that just go out and buy up all of the best players. So, now you know how I feel about that and I sure that none of you even cared!! Now that we are going to be back in Utah we will have to get behind their major league baseball team...oh ya...they dont have one...bu they do have the AAA team in Salt Lake that changes their name every year, so that is kind of exciting. I also here that they have a Major League Soccer team and that is way.....BORING!!!!!! Who cares about soccer? Isnt there enough people there now to get a real sports team? Ok, well I wasnt sure what I was going to write about, but I guess I figured it out...sports...what else? I love you all and will see you soon.
